Noone Imagewear: updated style of puffer vest available for exchange

As part of the quality assurance process, Noone Imagewear has updated the design of the new puffer vest. The ‘Northcote’ wording on the back of the original puffer vest features a heat transfer which unfortunately due to the garment construction has not adhered to the external fabric.  All heat transfers need heat and pressure to work effectively and the internal fibres of the vest are too thick and spongy for the necessary heat and pressure to apply.    This has resulted in the transfer starting to peel after continued laundering.

We are happy with the quality and style of the vest so have opted to change the vest to feature embroidery rather than a heat seal transfer.

Noone will replace any puffer vests which have been sold to date and will donate the old puffer vests to the school for use on school camps and outdoor excursions.

If you purchased a puffer vest with the heat transfer labelling, please take your vest into either the campus uniform shop or the Ivanhoe store to organise an exchange for a new puffer vest featuring embroidery.

As with any major design project, there can be some teething issues in the initial roll-out, however we are delighted with the overall quality, style and construction of the new uniform.
