Emmanuel College
It is exciting that there is talk about the return to school of students at some time in the not too distant future. While students, parents and teachers have done a remarkable job with remote learning, it will be great to get everyone back. This weekend was when we had planned to conduct our Open Day at each campus, the current restrictions don’t allow us to be able to do that, so instead, please find a link attached to a video about life at Emmanuel. This short video gives you a virtual tour of the great facilities at Emmanuel, but, also gives you a snapshot of a what life is like for our students. We hope that you enjoy the video and we look forward to again being able to welcome you to tours and events at the College soon.

Also, a reminder that applications for enrolment for Year 7, 2022 close on Friday 21 August 2020. Applications can be requested through the College website; under the enrolment information tab Enrolment Information or contacting the College Registrar by emailing; enrolments@ecmelb.catholic.edu.au or calling 8325 5100.

OSHclub
Outside of School Hours (OSH) care (Before and After School Care) is provided by OSHclub, on site at Queen of Peace Primary School. Children must be pre-registered on line to attend. More information can be found by clicking this link OSHclub . Many families are eligible for Child Care Subsidy, which reduces the out of pocket cost of outside school hours care. To establish what level of CCS you may be entitled to please contact the Centrelink Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.

Cancellations: 48 hours' notice is required for cancellation of a Before or After School booking.
Cancellations can only be made through the following means:
- Online - Log into your account at oshclub.com.au
- Phone - Contact the customer service and billing team on 1300 395 735
- Text - SMS the Coordinator of the program on 0421 287 254 and include all details: child's name, date and session you wish to cancel.
Free Online Self Defence Course
Hobsons Bay UP are delivering a virtual 4-week self defence program for young people (12-25). The program commences today, Friday 15 May from 4-5pm. We encourage young people that live, study and recreate in Hobsons Bay to register their interest.
