Regional Cross Country 

Twenty students travelled to the Yarra Glen Racecourse to compete at the regional cross country event. The track was quite heavy underfoot due to the wet weather which made it difficult for all runners involved. The students that attended the day represented the college incredibly well in how they competed and conducted themselves throughout the day.

A special congratulations to Liviana Andriopoulos, who came 2nd in the Under 13 Females race!

The following students finished in the top 12 of their event and will compete in the state cross country event being held in term 3.

Intermediate Boys Basketball Team - Victorian College Championships

On Thursday, 13 June, the Intermediate boys basketball team competed in the Victorian College Championships for the state title.

During the games before finals, the team won four games and only lost one to Berwick by 2 points. 

In the final, the boys team again met Berwick, the same team they had beaten previously for the 3 x 3 state championship just weeks before. Unfortunately, this time Doncaster were not able to beat Berwick in the final, losing by 5 points. However, positively, for the third consecutive year, the boys team are the State Runners-up for the Victorian College Championships!
