WELLBEING RESOURCES for FAMILIES

The social and emotional wellbeing of children is constantly in our minds during these challenging times.

There are many strategies and resources that can be used to assist in alleviating stress, confusion and anxiety for all members of our family. 

Please see below for an example of an activity that  may be useful for your family .  We plan to highlight one activity in each edition of the school newsletter, however please refer to the school's website for more resources.
