IMPORTANT PHOTO DAYS INFORMATION.
Thursday 17th March is photo day at CJC.
All students are to be present on both days. Please ensure your child is neat and tidy and in full clean correct uniform with hair tied back neatly. Please ensure your child is at school on time on school photo days. Please also avoid taking your child out for appointments on photo days as the timetable is very tight and cannot be altered.
Friday 18th March is sibling photo morning.
Sibling photographs will be taken on Friday morning 18th March, between 8.30am and 10.30am.
- All siblings will be photographed.
- Photos will be taken in the Music room space.
- Students will be photographed in alphabetical groups using surname as follows:
Parents, if your child’s surname begins with A – F, please bring your child to school at 8.30am and enter via the *** "TeamKids gate". ***

- Students in the 8.30am-9am group MUST enter CJC via the TeamKids gate (Gate 1 on Sebastopol Street) & meet at the World Map, where staff will be present for supervision. Students are required to register with staff and be ticked from a list.
- Those students in the G to O and P to Z timeslots, need to arrive at school as usual (8.45am) and head straight to their classroom.

School Photos 2022 – Caulfield Junior College
Annual school photos will be taken at Caulfield Junior College by Arthur Reed Photos on Thursday 17th March 2022 with sibling photos taken on Friday 18th March 2022.
Please ensure your children are neat and tidy and in full school uniform.
There is no need to return any forms or money to the school.
Unique image codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the web shop.
Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.
Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2022 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.
When images are ready to view and in the web shop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.
Once registered, please wait for notification that 2022 images are online to view before making your purchase.
