Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Families,

It is unbelievable to think we are almost at the mid-point of Term Two. Our Year 1-4 Swimming Program is in full swing at the YMCA, we’ve had students representing the school at Divisional Cross Country (with good success!) and our Year 5/6 students are about to start the Winter Sports inter-school competition this week.

Updated Policies and Procedures on the School Website

We have spent considerable time over the last twelve months updating our school policies, and their associated procedures, and adding these to our school website. I’d like to take this opportunity to point out some of these policies, which have been approved by School Council:

I urge all our parents and carers to be familiar with the policies and procedures that govern our school, as they provide guidance and clarity around many of the processes we have in place.

Lastly, I have included a couple of photos below of one of the engagement programs – ReCranked – that I referred to in our last newsletter. It has been so wonderful to see our group of Year 5/6 students repairing bikes for donation to families in need across the Ballarat region.
