Kharisma Kids - OSHC

Welcome to Term 2, 2023

After the Coronation of King Charles III on the weekend, we decided to plan some craft activities in theme with the recent event.

Working on developing and enhancing fine motor and cutting skills the children sat around the tables with their peers.  Firstly, the Crown needed cutting out, then it was onto choosing the various jewels. Allowing the children to choose their own design fostered individuality. No two crowns were alike.

The crowns were laminated and placed on our widow display allowing the children to take pride in their work.

Later in the week when the weather improved, we managed to get outside for some physical play.

We brought some small apples that Rob and Lucas had home grown.  They were randomly spread around the school garden.  Before long, the Sulphur-Crested Cockatoos were down on the ground eating up the apples trying to get to the seeds/pips in the centre.

The Before and After School Care has vacancies.  We are an Approved Service, therefore we are able to subsidise fees with the ChildCare Subsidy.
