Middle Sub-School News 

Term 2, Week 6

Swimming

Swimming was an absolute roaring success! Middle Schoolers took to swimming like a duck to water. We had lots of growth, learning and most importantly, fun. A huge well done to everyone who participated, and a big thank you to all our parents and staff for all their hard work to make this happen.

Room 17 & 18

We are SO lucky to have some new teachers joining us shortly in Room 17 and 18. We cannot wait to welcome them to JSA with a big smile. 

Curriculum Day

A reminder that Friday 9th June is a curriculum day which means that students are not required on this day. On this day teachers will be busy constructing reports so that they are ready for you to view come the end of term.

Kaboom

We will have Kaboom joining us on Thursday 15th June for some music and fun!

Term 2 Finish Date

A reminder that the last day of term is Friday 23rd June! On this day, students finish at 2pm.

Room 16

In Room 16 the students have been enjoying Science and investigating the five senses. The blindfold testing has been challenging for some students but all willing to engage with the various fun activities. We were sad to say goodbye to Nicole our ES who has moved on to other adventures, thank you Nicole, we will miss you. 

Room 16 just finished a fantastic week of swimming at the Broadmeadows Aquatic & Leisure Centre. All the students had lots of fun practicing their swimming skills and jumping in the deep end of the pool!
