Well, the year from hell has ended with a brilliant ray of sunshine. The results for both VCE and VCAL students have exceeded our expectations. Nearly 30 VCAL students have picked up apprenticeships or traineeships and our average VCE study score has shifted from 27 to 29 with seven students achieving an ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank) score of 90 or above, the highest number ever for Kurnai. If there are students applying for university places who need a change of preference advice, our careers staff are contactable this week via Teams and will be at the University Campus on Monday, 20th December for face to face conversations.  I would like to thank all students and staff for the effort and resilience they have shown over the past two years.

To everyone in our Kurnai community I hope you have a happy and safe Christmas and New Year. Hopefully 2022 brings a little more normality.
