Research tells us that exercise and social connection is key to our health and well-being. To celebrate National Health and Physical Education Day we connected with our House Teams for PE.

Each house colour had their own time slot and the students were ready for some house chants, exercise and dance fun!  

DANCE!

The students have been working really hard this term learning dances to perform for you. 

Each week we practise a class dance or the whole school dance (Vivir Mi Vida). Some of the moves are really challenging, so we've been practising them all term. 

The performance scheduled for the 16 September can't go ahead due to restrictions, but perhaps you could ask your children to perform their dances for you at home! Simply use one of the lesson videos from Mrs Paech on Seesaw for your child to follow along. Maybe join in and have fun dancing!
