Parent Payments Discount

At the recent September School Council meeting, the impact of COVID-19 and the remote learning situation was assessed.

I am able to advise that a $25 discount on the 2021 Curriculum and Service Charge (CSC) was approved. This has now been applied to all family accounts. Statements will be emailed this week, so look out for these changes. Parents who had paid the CSC in full will see a refund applied to their account. Those with no or part payments will owe $25 less.

I trust that families understand we take school budgeting very seriously and keep costs to a minimum and at all times.

CSC funds are applied directly to learning area budgets to purchase class materials and other resources for student use. We rely on receiving these funds from parents to supplement government provided funding and maintain our services.

At this stage, most camps, excursions, sport etc. have been cancelled or placed on hold. All applicable refunds have been processed to date. Other activities are being assessed on a case by case basis as we return to on-site learning and restrictions ease. We will continue to monitor this unfolding situation and apply refunds for any further cancelled activities where applicable.

Your support in paying charges owed is crucial. Parents are kindly requested to please pay all outstanding items as soon as possible. Thank you.
