Potato Olympics

Our Wellbeing Friday was a huge success as the year 3/4's had some fun running their very own Potato Olympics. It was brilliant to see the students connecting maths to real life situations. 

Science Week

Science took over 3/4 last week as we brought science into maths and literacy. Students first looked at biological science and the environmental impact plastics are having on the ocean. We then  became scientists and focused on the correct procedure for writing experiments. In maths we used our topic of capacity to become mad scientists, witches or wizards and created our very own potions.
