Reminders and Account Information

We have been checking outstanding accounts currently. If you have an outstanding account, you would have received an email this week requesting payment.

You are able to pay via a payment slip that can be returned via email to the OSHC program wheelershilloshc@gmail.com or you can ring the OSHC Mobile 0409 007 104 and give your details over the phone so we can manually process your payment. This will need to be credit card payments.

Program News

OSHC PROGRAMS IN TERM 2

We have been doing lots of cooking with our small groups each day and preparing for mother’s day this Sunday.

We still have BSC and ASC sessions running each day to support family’s needs and provide care for the families needing to use the School’s Home learning supervision program. If you need to book, your children into BSC or ASC please give us a call to organise how we can support your needs

One of the recipes we have been using is Corn Flake Cookies. I have attached it below. Enjoy!

 

JULY VACATION CARE PROGRAM

Reminder that the July Vacation Care program will be available for bookings early June.

The Vacation Care program is available for families that need care.

We will have limited bookings due to social distancing and ensuring the health and safety of the children, parents and the OSHC team.

We look forward to seeing a lot of you back for the Vacation Care Program

Cornflake Cookies

These crunchy, golden cookies will put a smile on your kids' faces.

 Ingredients

  • 125 gram butter
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1.5 cup cornflakes, crushed

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
  2. Beat butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth, add egg, beat until combined. Stir in sultanas and sifted flour.
  3. Fold flour, 1 cup cornflakes, sultanas and choc chips through mixture.
  4. Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture in lightly crushed cornflakes, place about 3cm apart on greased oven trays; flatten slightly.
  5. Bake in oven about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
