Fees and Accounts - Important Changes
We would like to advise families that as of the start of Term 4 2017 fee notices and statements, in line with modern business practice, have been issued by email.
A reminder that Term 4 fee payments were due on Friday 20 October 2017. Any outstanding fees for the 2017 College year need to be paid immediately. Only accounts that are on a pre-existing payment plan, ie direct debit or monthly instalment plan are exempt.
Following the introduction of the Synergetic Administration system Fee notices for the 2018 school year will be issued prior to the end of 2017. This will give families ample time to budget for this expense and plan their expenditure over the course of the year. All families will receive a copy of the Payment Option Form. It is compulsory for all families to complete this form and return it to the College Accounts Office by Friday 15 December 2017.
