Scholastic Book Club - Issue 5! 

Thank you to all families who have supported our Scholastic Book Club orders. We have had a great response (double our usual orders) for this issue which means we can get more resources for our library for the students to borrow.

Library Lessons

For the first six weeks of Term 3, students are focussing on Oceans, as our theme to tie in with the Science Week theme: Deep Blue: Innovations for the future of our oceans. 

Students have been looking at what makes the ocean seem a certain colour and what creatures live in the ocean. Years 3-6 students are investigating an action they can take to help the future of our oceans.

Overdue Books

There will soon be some communication coming home about books borrowed in Term 1 which have not made their way back to the library yet. If you cannot find the items, we would appreciate a donation made to the school, so that we can replace what has been lost. This way there are new copies still available for students to read.
