Help kids to beat COVID induced anxiety

2020 has been a year like no other. Children with a pre-disposition towards anxious feelings will have more significant symptoms during this pandemic. When this anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can impact on your child's happiness, wellbeing and ability to learn. While the current situation we are all living through is extremely difficult, it does present an opportunity to develop sustained growth and vitality in anxious children and young people.
