Our New Wellbeing Room

 

1. Friends working collaboratively on a puzzle and enjoying a friendly chat.

2. Doing interception activity’s helps us to self- regulate and be ready for learning in the class room.

3. We enjoy coming into the Wellbeing room to enjoy quit time relaxing and reading books about ways to deal with our emotions and feelings.

 

4. We need to identify big emotions, how our body feels when we are experiencing these emotions and ways to refocus to return to the learning zone.
