QKR App Now Available to Download on your phone.

Please find attached a copy of how to use our new app QKR  which can be downloaded to your phone or Tablet.  This is our preferred payment method. School fees, Excursions, Special Lunches and School hats and bags can all be paid via the App.

Skoolbag

Please keep checking your Skoolbag App for important school notices. We have had a couple of parents telling us that they aren't getting  notifications for new messages. If you have having trouble please try deleting the app then reinstalling it, this can  fix the issues. It is advised to keep your app up to date, keep checking into the app to see if there is anything you have missed. Skoolbag is the main source of communication of school notes.

Drakes Community Dollars

We are doing the Drakes Community Dollars at West Beach Primary School again. We have key rings available in our front office for anyone interested in helping our school to raise funds for our community events, for example, Volunteers Day and Sports Day. 

For every $2 spent in Drakes Stores using your community dollars tags Drakes will donate 1 cent. 

Please see the attached flyer for more information. Tags are available for anyone who shops at Drakes. Pick yours up from the front office today.

Scholastic Virtual Book Club for Term 2

Hi Kids and Parents,

For those of you wishing to access issue 3 of Scholastic Book Club please be advised there will be no paper catalogue this issue due to covid restrictions.

The good news is you can access the virtual catalogue by clicking on the link below-

Browse the catalogue by clicking on the arrows to the left and right of the pages.

When you are ready to order, hover your cursor in the middle of the page to find the black shopping trolley. Click on this to go to LOOP (linked online ordering and payment) to place an order with your credit card. If you are using loop for the first time don’t forget to register first!

Paying with cash? Simply use list the item number and name of the things you want on the front of an envelope, enclose your cash, seal and return to school for processing as per the normal process.

Please check the lost property area under the stairs for any of your child's lost items. We have a large amount of items needing to find their way home.
