Responsible Pet Ownership

On Friday 11th November, students across the primary year levels were involved in a responsible pet ownership incursion. Students were taught how to identify a dog's behaviour and what to do if they are faced with an angry dog. 

They also learnt about what a happy or scared dog looks like and what they should or shouldn't do around pets. Students also got the opportunity to meet Ekko, the Italian Greyhound, and practice their skills in how to approach and pet a dog safely.
