Canteen Menu and Volunteers
Special Last Day of Term Menu
We have taken our most popular menu items, and student and staff favourite meals, to put together a special Last Day of Term Menu.
For the last day of school on Monday 7 December, only pre-ordered lunches from this menu will be available. The cut-off for orders is Friday 2 December at 9:00am. Preferred method of ordering is using the Qkr! app. Cash orders can be placed in the Junior School class lunch box or in the blue Middle / Senior School lunch order box outside the front office, please mark as LAST DAY OF SCHOOL LUNCH. We look forward to your support.
Volunteers
Your help in the canteen will be greatly appreciated.
Most of our volunteers are parents and caregivers who generously volunteer once a Term. Starting time is between school drop-off and 9am and finishing between 1.30pm and 2pm (or school pick up).
All volunteers are required to have the relevant Working with Children Clearance; please click here for more information. If you would like to volunteer, please email me.

End of Year in the Library
End of the year in the Library is a busy time, when we stock take our collection and ensure all text books are ready for 2023. This means that, for all students, there will be no borrowing from Week 6 of this term.
We encourage you to help your children locate overdue library books that might be hiding at home and return them to the Library.
All Year 3-12 students can access their current loans by logging into the School Library Catalogue using the same username and password that they use on their school device. Current loans will be listed under their borrowing details.
Any library books that cannot be located or are not returned by the end of the year, families will receive an invoice requesting payment.
Of course, if you find a library book with an Emmaus barcode on it and it is not on your child's borrowing record, we would still love it to come back to the Library as it may have found its way out of the Library without being borrowed.
Thank you for your support in ensuring our school resources make it back to the Library in a timely manner.

From First Aid
We would like to say thank you to parents for working together with us in regards to the care and wellbeing of the students throughout this year. Your understanding and support with school requirements and policies helps us ensure that students’ needs are met to the highest possible standard.
Collection of Medications
As the conclusion of the 2022 school year is rapidly approaching we would like to advise parents that we DO NOT store student medications here at the College over the long school holiday period. Could all medications please be collected from the First Aid Room before or on the final day of school?
Updated Care Plans
Medication Plans, Asthma Care Plans and other Health Care Plans need to be updated annually or whenever there is a change in the care needs for a student. If your child’s Health Care Plan is due to be updated, the school holidays are an ideal time get this in order, ready for the 2023 school year. Medication Plans and Asthma Care Plans can be downloaded from the College website or you can collect a blank form from the First Aid Officers. If you have any questions please contact one of the First Aid Officers at firstaid@emmauscc.sa.edu.au
RETURNING BORROWED CLOTHES
If your child has borrowed clothes from the First Aid Room recently can you please ensure that they have been returned?
Thank you
