Wow! The Level 2 Team can't believe we are already so far into the term! The students have been having such an exciting few weeks enjoying the Footsteps dance program, Museum and IMAX excursions, and fun activities at school. We look forward to finishing off the year with even more great times ahead.

STEM Incursion
In week 7 all Level 2 students will be attending a STEM incursion about creating things using mathematical and scientific concepts. It should be a wonderful day! The payment is currently up on QKR!, if you have not done so yet, please ensure you make payment soon.
Vermont Views
The Vermont Views magazine is currently available on QKR! The magazine is a wonderful way to look back on the year you children have had. Purchase one now so you don't miss out as once payment closes we will be unable to order extras.
Melbourne Museum and IMAX Cinema excursion
As part of our Unit of Inquiry on Dinosaurs, Year 1 and 2 students are heading off to the Melbourne Museum and IMAX Theatre. Some classes have already attended their excursion but our last classes will be going on Friday 11th November (1GS, 2KJ & 2NF).
Please remember that students will need to be at school at 8:45am with the bus leaving at 9am sharp. They will need to bring their snacks/lunch, a drink bottle and a hat in a small back pack.
Puppet Plays!
The Year 2 students practiced their story telling and creating skills through making their own puppet plays this week! They had to write a puppet play, design their puppets and draw a background setting.

Digital Technologies
This term the Year 2 students will be practising their touch-typing skills using the program typing.com. Students will be able to practise their typing skills using this program at home if they wish to.
