The students have been enjoying some fun activities in music. 😊

Preps: We love it when students bring in something they’ve created at home as a result of their learnings in class. Pippa and Charlotte in Prep B wrote a very impressive rhythm score and they sang it to the class one lesson!

Year 1: Have been practicing their rhythms on drums. Loud… and fun!

Year 1: Today they enjoyed a dance to celebrate the Diwali Festival and Marcus from 1A entertained his class with a version of The Can Can on the piano. Very impressive!

Year 2: Some Year 2 students have been improving their chime bar skills by playing along with Whatever Goes Up Must Come Down, a song that fits in with their unit of inquiry.
