Garden News

The rain and sunshine have sent our school garden wild with produce! All the hard work put in during autumn is paying off with a bumper harvest of snow peas, broad beans, spring onions and many, many lettuces! 

Keep an eye on Compass to see when Sustainability Agents will be selling fresh produce. Or pop by the garden on Fridays after school to swap your loose change for a freshly dug harvest, just like Mike (pictured).

Everyone is welcome to our Fresh Friday gardening bees! Come pull a few weeds, plant some seeds or just grab some fresh produce and support our beautiful garden.

ANZAC Poppy Appeal

JSC Representatives will be coming around to each class everyday, giving students the opportunity to purchase the following, in the the lead up to Remembrance Day on Friday 11 November.

• Badges for $1, $2 and $5
• Wristbands $3
• Keyrings for $4
• Pens for $5

These items can also be purchased at the office and all funds go towards the RSL Poppy Appeal.
