Bee-Bot Fun in P-2

Another group of students from Prep participated in a great introductory session to the Bee-Bots this week. The students used directional language to explain the movements of the Bee-Bot.

The students enjoyed playing with the Bee-Bots and discovering the key functions. They then took turns at programming the Bee-Bot to perform a sequence in the shape of a square. 

Cyber Safety Parent Night

A reminder that on Monday the 20th August, the Cyber Safety Project will be running a parent information session here at school. This session aims to provide parents with the insights and important information about popular social networking and online gaming platforms for young people today. They will discuss ways you can ensure your children stay safe through making use of an application's privacy settings and help them to build positive digital habits through your family's digital user agreement.

Please NOTE - this is for parents only. The children will participate in cyber safety sessions throughout the day but the parent session will target key information that parents need to know.
