Presentation Evening

Tuesday evening’s ceremony recognised peak student achievement under the College Values of Excellence, Respect and Dignity, Courage and Passion, and Compassion and Charity. Students from Years 7 to 12 were congratulated for outstanding achievement in academic, performance, leadership and service areas of College life and the Mazenod spirit was proudly on display throughout the night. Congratulations to all students who received an award and thank you to our staff for their work in presenting the evening. There was a slight change to the format this year with the subject awards for Year 12 being awarded in the Valedictory Dinner for the graduating class. Year 7 to 11 awards and the Year 12 major awards were presented at Presentation Evening.  We will be sending to parents who attended, a brief survey to ask for feedback on the evening. Thank you in advance for providing information for this review.

End of Term

The end of term is closing fast and there is still a lot to get through in the teaching program. I would greatly appreciate parents’ support with stressing to the students the importance of focus and attendance. Parents are also reminded to avoid taking students from classes early and before the end of the term.

Arts at Christmas

Last year we ran this event and it was an enjoyable family event. Arts at Christmas is on again for 2019, Saturday 30 November. Information is provided further in this week’s Newsletter.

Enjoy your week ahead.
