Library News

From the Librarian
The Library has a special role to play when the weather has been as cold and unpredictable as it’s been lately. We don’t offer extra activities but we do have lots more children coming in to find something to do, whether reading, games or craft work. Something I’ve noticed is the way students help each other in such times and that is always lovely to see.
All the ELC and Primary classes have chosen a book to portray for the Book Week Parade and no doubt families are starting to be drawn in with enquiries for cardboard, glitter or sheets and towels for wrap-around costumes. I wish you all well and hope it is a happy and productive time for you! This year we will be judging class presentations rather than individuals.
Happy Reading!
