Barry Beckett Chuldren's Centre Excursion
Some of our year one students went on an excursion to Barry Beckett Children’s Centre! Students chose books from our classroom library that they wanted to read to their kinder buddies. The highlight was probably playing games outside in their playground. Our students showed how caring, responsible, creative and curious they are!
Numeracy
We have continued to work on the development of our counting skills. We have been concentrating on skip counting as well as counting backwards.
Students have been exploring shapes in our environment and creating shapes with their bodies.
Scienceworks Excursion
Monday 24th May is our excursion to Scienceworks.
Students and teachers are looking forward to this exciting day out.
Please ensure that your child is ready on Monday morning with:
- full school uniform
- lunchbox and drink bottle (named). We will not be taking our school bags with us.
- be in their classroom by 8.50 am
