Cancer Council Western Australia says: Be SunSmart!

• Slip on a shirt
• Slop on sunscreen
• Slap on a hat
• Seek shade
• Slide on some sunglasses

Use a combination of these sun protection measures outside when the UV Index is 3 or above.
