HOSPITALITY CAFE

MCC Hospitality students have been continuing to develop their barrister skills this term. Each week they are improving and developing their competence with the espresso coffee machine.

Students experience the process of taking orders, and communicating with customers each week. The orders are then communicated back to their peers who make the order. Many of our customers have a range of different orders including allergies and specific preferences. 

The students fulfil these requirements to an industry standard with pride. It is a wonderful opportunity for the hospitality students to showcase their skills outside the classroom.
