Maths - 2D and 3D shapes
Recently in maths, Year 1/2 students spent time building our knowledge of shapes. We explored the difference between 2D and 3D shapes, and looked at the features of each shape. We used language such as faces, edges and corners. Building 3D shapes out plasticine and match sticks helped us to better understand the shapes and their features.
