Wellbeing over the school holidays

It has been a big term for our students.  Whilst the end of term is most likely a welcome reprieve, the holidays can take students away from their friends and usual school supports. Changes to routine can cause some young people to feel stressed, isolated and alone.  We encourage our students to stay connected to friends, keep up physical activity, enjoy some healthy eating and simply devote time to having fun.

The Victoria State Government provides the following guide to students that offers tips to continue looking after their mental health and wellbeing over the school holidays.  In case support is needed, there are services that students can reach out to.

The Victoria State Government has released this guide for parents too.
