First Reconciliation

This year as we 'catch up' on our 2020 Sacramental celebrations, all Year 3 & 4 students, who are baptised Catholics, have been invited to prepare for and celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time. Parents please ensure the note sent home on Tuesday has been returned.

Our 2021 Sacramental Program will depend on the restrictions at the time. So we have dates planned for, but these are very much subject to change. As a result of the current restrictions our Reconciliation program will not include a Parish Commitment Mass or a Family Faith Night. Our program we will include the celebration of mass with just the children during school hours. Further, we will be incorporating family/home activities that link with the classroom program, as a way for the family to support their child as they prepare for this step along their faith journey.

2021Sacramental Dates

The following are the planned dates for our COHR Sacramental Program. As I explained above they are very much subject to change as required and we will communicate these changes when and if they need to occur. Where there are multiple times, bookings will be taken closer to the celebrations to ensure we are following the guidelines of the time.

First Reconciliation - Year 3 &4

Wednesday 24th March - 6pm & 7:30pm

First Eucharist - Year 4 & 5

Sunday 18th July - 1:30pm & 3:30pm

Sunday 25th  July - 1:30pm & 3:30pm

Confirmation - Year 6

Wednesday 21st July - 7:00pm - Please note this is the only time and date that we have been given at this stage and may change or be added to, depending on the restrictions for the Church at this time and the availability of the Bishops.
