Teaching & Learning  6S

We have all settled into our new classroom and are forming new friendships. As part of our Building Relationships topic we completed a lesson on having disagreements with others and how to solve them.  The students found a range of strategies for managing these and created posters that are proudly displayed in our classroom.

In Numeracy we are studying problem solving and we have been practising strategies that we can use. The students really enjoyed the 'acting out' and 'finding patterns' strategies by playing a game of Leap Frog and using concrete materials to solve the problems.
