Recent Meeting
Our P&F Members held the final meeting for 2018. Several items were discussed, in particular moving forward in 2019. Our small group of volunteers have been involved for a number of years and will see several members finish up. With this in mind, for the Parents & Friends to continue to provide the social events, fundraising opportunities and various services, we will require new members to become involved. Please consider this as we come closer to the end of another school year and look forward to planning events for 2019.
Our first meeting will be in February with the AGM to follow in March, dates for these will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

During lunch on Tuesday 13th November and Tuesday 4th November our Grade 6 Leadership Teams will be selling Zooper Doopers.

Christmas Raffle Donations
To coincide with our End of year Christmas Carols, P&F will be runnning a Christmas Raffle.
We are asking families to donate a Christmas themed non perishable item contribute to our hampers.
A small book of Raffle tickets will be sent home with the children in the coming weeks.
P&F End of Year Dinner
We are having an End of Year dinner on Thursday 15th November at the Casablanca. We invite previous members, existing families and anyone who may be interested in joining the P&F in 2019 to come along for a social gathering and the opportunity to meet & greet our P&F team.

P&F Donation
A donation of $2500 will be presented to Mr Butts on Friday, this is our second portion of our $5000 contribution to the school. Mr Butts will determine which project these funds will be allocated to.
We recently made a contribution to each teaching area, including the Library, Artroom & PE. The teachers will determine how these funds will be spent.
