Remote Technical Support

  

Dear Parents and Students,

 

With remote learning underway, understandably there will be many technical issues that arise. 

 

The IT Department have implemented a system in order for the College to deal with these issues as efficiently as possible. 

 

The procedure for all technical issues must be logged via Compass.   Once in Compass

 

  • Click on the two person icon at the top of the compass dashboard page, (in between the nine dot grid and the star)
  • Click on school documentation and remote tech support. There is an email link that will go straight to our technical support staff.

 

Please ensure you have read all instructions prior to sending your request.

 

We are working on a support kiosk with ticketing system and will notify you when this is available.
