Lost Property

There are a LOT of uniform items in the lost property area of the Learning Pod/Cafe 1739. Can parents please look through to find any items that may belong to your child. Can parents also clearly name all items of uniform and clothing to ensure that lost items can be more easily reclaimed.

CSEF

Families who hold a current, valid Health Care Card will be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports & Excursion (CSEF) Allowance of $125 per student. If you applied for CSEF in 2019 you do NOT need to complete an application form in 2020 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances (ie Foundation Student). Please come to the Office to collect an application form which needs to be completed and returned together with a copy of your Health Care Card (we can copy it in the office).

For more information see www.education.vic.gov.au/csef

School Fees

Thank you to families who have been paying school fees. A reminder that half ($125) is due by the end of Term 1 with the remainder due by the end of Term 2.

It is extremely important to be up to date with school fee payments as this fee covers essential education items such as books, stationary, computer software etc. This fee is in place of a book list where parents have to purchase these items themselves.

School Fees can be paid via cash/cheque or EFTPOS at the office or via BPAY. BPAY details can be found on your statement.  A lot of families have had a lot of success making regular BPAY payments on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Family Details

Can all families please let the office know as soon as possible if you have had any changes to family details such as new student medical conditions, address, phone number, email, work location etc. Thank you
