Write a Book in a Day

Recently, five students from both Year 7 and Year 8 chose to spend a day of their holidays participating in ‘Write-a-Book-in-a-Day’. Each team received a set of parameters at 8.00am and then had to create an illustrated book that was suitable for children….all by 8.00pm the same night! 

Although this is the ninth year our students have participated, it is the first time it has run online over Microsoft Teams with our students remaining in the comfort of their own homes. Congratulations Taylah B, Hannah M, Lucinda M, Annabelle M, Amelia P (Year 7) and Gabi S, Emily S, Taylor R, Amal T, Caitlyn S (Year 8).
