Year 7's Lunchtime Activities

It was great to see the Year 7s back at school smiling and eager to catch up with their peers and teachers last Monday, 12 October. Chalk art, bocce and Jenga were just some of the activities the Year 7 students joined in during their lunchtime in the C Block quadrangle. A reminder to Year 7 students that these activities will continue to run weeks 3 and 4, so come and join in the fun.

Science Talent Search 2020

In Semester 1, students from year 7 participated in the 66th Science Talent Search.  Students developed creative writing pieces based around the theme ‘Deep Blue: Innovations for the future of our oceans’, to align with the international year of the ocean. 

Following assessment, eleven entries were sent for formal judging in the competition.  Of these, every student achieved a Merit award, demonstrating their skill and consistency in this competition.  Certificates will be distributed to students in November. I would like to congratulate the following students on their achievement:
