2020 Yearbook Cornucopia

I am pleased to inform you that we will be expecting delivery of the 2020 Yearbook Cornucopia in early December. We have captured many wonderful moments of our students and it would be great for the school community to share this.

This will be a unique edition, as this year has been very different from the rest. It would be a shame to miss this opportunity to purchase a copy. Payment of $25.00 can be made through Compass or at the school front office by the Friday, 11 December.

Mental Health Matters

October is Mental Health Month. The theme this year is Mental Health Matters, an important message at the best of times and with all that we have faced this year, it is even more important to raise a spotlight on this issue. We have faced so many changes in such a short space of time which can leave us feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. As we go through yet another transition by returning to on-site learning we encourage you to take this opportunity to reflect and explore how you can prioritise your mental health.

Transdev School Services: an update for term 4

Transdev has released an update to their services for term 4 as students resume travel on Transdev's school bus services. They are committed to ensuring students and parents feel save and prepared to travel, please note the below:

  • We are no longer accepting cash onboard our services. Students are still required to travel with a valid ticket, however, we ask that you advise students to top-up before they travel.
  • Students aged 12 years and older are required to wear a mask on board when travelling on our services.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of all our buses, including "high touch areas" such as handrails and post, grab straps, seat top handles, window ledges and bell presses.
  • All passengers who can, please enter and exit the bus via the rear door to maintain social distancing. If you students need the bus lowered or the ram, our drivers will assist them to board via the front door.
  • If students feel unwell, they should not travel and get tested.

You can find more information on the Department of Health and Human Services website here.
