2023 Parent Ball
The Trinity College Parent Council (TCPC) is pleased to advise that sales for the upcoming 2023 Parent Ball will open next week.
Who can attend?
Attendance at the Parent Ball is open to all current TC parents/guardians from Years 4-12 (inclusive). Attendance is managed through the submission of Table Nomination Forms containing the names of 10x guests, rather than the sale of individual tickets.
In view of the enormous amount of time, money, effort and work many of our Year 12 parents contribute to designing and creating the Ball, a small number of tables will be automatically reserved for this group of parents. This is the same protocol that has been followed in previous Parent Balls.
Due to the high volume in expressions of interest for this event, a ballot system for the remaining tables will be used to ensure the process is fair and equitable. The ballot will comprise of Table Nomination Forms being drawn at random for the remaining tables, until all tables are assigned.
When can parents submit their Table Nomination Form?
Table Nomination Forms will be provided electronically to all TC parents/guardians on Tuesday, 28 March; form submissions are open from then until 9.00am on Monday, 3 April. No late submissions will be accepted.
Other key information
- Each form will require one (1) individual to be the nominated Table Coordinator. The document will contain clear instructions advising how the Table Coordinator should submit a completed form to the ballot.
- Tables are comprised of 10 guests (including the Table Coordinator), and are costed at $1,500 per table.
- Only completed Table Nomination Forms containing the details of all 10x guests will be accepted into the ballot. Half-tables or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
