Grade 1 Students 

In Grade 1 for the past two weeks in Maths we have been looking at different ways to measure and how to graph different things in class. These examples show measuring ourselves with: - Books, Pencils, Unifix Blocks and Feet Templates. We also graphed the size of our shoes using a Picture Graph!

In Writing, we are coming to the end of our Recount writing process and have been focusing on the structure and development of interesting sentences. The transformation this term has been remarkable!

We also had an intensive week of learning about Harmony Week. Students learnt to accept each other’s culture and learned where our families have come from.
