Clean Up Australia Day

Today, Mullauna College students rolled up their sleeves and got involved in Schools Clean Up Australia Day! 

This year, we decided to focus on cleaning up our own school grounds. While there is not a lot of litter around our grounds, it can sometimes be blown by the wind in hard-to-reach places.

We had a steady stream of enthusiastic participants wanting to improve our local school environment. Students scoured the school grounds for rubbish, ensuring it was sorted into recyclables and non-recyclables.

To thank everyone who got involved, the Environment Team provided all participants with a Zooper Dooper for their super duper sustainability efforts.
