Colour Explosion - Update

COLOUR EXPLOSION UPDATE

CURRENTLY WE HAVE RAISED $8,280.   What an amazing effort so far!  The funds raised will go towards resources and equipment for our school.

Have you set up your child’s Profile Page?   Thank you to everyone that has set up a profile page and to those who have started fundraising.  We currently have 67 students who have not set up a Profile Page.

To register go to:  https://myprofilepage.com.au/ and click register and follow the prompts.  An information sheet was sent home with the instructions.  If you have any issues, please contact the office.

Once your child’s page is set up, there are two ways to fundraise for our Colour Explosion:

You can share the individual link from your child’s page to family and friends by email, Facebook, Twitter or copy the link to attach to other message apps. Family and friends can then donate themselves using their credit card or PayPal account.

 Some family and friends would prefer to give your child a cash donation.  You can               accept this and then add the donation yourself on your child’s page using your credit          card or PayPal account.  You can note the name of the person who donated the cash            amount so this appears in the list of names in the Donation Feed. It can also be noted           as “Anonymous” if they wish to not to have their name mentioned.

Don’t forget to share your Profile Page with family and friends.

REMEMBER THERE ARE MANY EXCITING INCENTIVES FOR THE CHILDREN TO FUNDRAISE:

The class which raises the highest amount of donations will receive a lunchtime PIZZA PARTY at school.  The amounts raised are so close between the classes! The current top three classes are: 

First – Prep PR - $1,885

Second – 1/2 RG - $1,825

Third – 5/6 G - $1,700

The highest fundraising student will receive a 30cm Monty plush and a                                  champion’s medallion. 

 Australian Fundraising have given us a Lenovo tablet to raffle within our school.                   For every child who raises $50, they receive an entry into the raffle to win the                          Lenovo Tablet.

  While fundraising, children can also earn prizes dependent on the total amount                     they fundraise. There are up to 15 prizes to earn.  You only need to raise $10 to                    earn the first prize.  Details are in the booklet that was sent home. 

 The highest fundraising student from our school will go into a draw to win a $10,000 

JB Hifi Voucher.  This will be drawn in December.

Remember that your child needs a white t-shirt to wear on the day of the Colour Explosion Run on Friday 31st March.
