Year 11 and 12

A peek into year 11 and 12 activities for this term

Year 11 Formal 🎉

We were very proud of this year's level for all their enthusiasm and the way in which they danced the night away. A fabulous and fun night for the year 11’s and senior school team.

Year 11 Outdoor Ed ⛰

On Wednesday the 1st of March, year 11 outdoor Ed students travelled to the Grampians for a three-day camp.

"We learnt how to Rock climb, abseil, set up tents, make a campfire and cook on camp equipment. We filled in student journals to help with our upcoming SAC. The best bits were singing karaoke on the bus and playing sardines in the bush. We had lots of fun and would like to thank Mr Matricardi and Ms Macdonald for taking us."

Year 12 leadership hike

Today our Year 12 Vocational Major students completed their leadership hike at Mt Macedon for their Personal Development Skills class. Students showed a growth mindset and were resilient during the hike. A fantastic job by all!

Year 11 & 12 Making and Exhibiting

Ms Wills, Ms Brants and Ms Irvin took year 10 PD&T(textiles) and year 11 & 12 Making and Exhibiting students to the National Gallery of Victoria, to view the Alexander McQueen exhibition. They were given a talk on the background of the exhibition and an insight into the designer’s life. They enjoyed lunch by the Yarra in the sunshine and then visited the Ian Potter Centre in Fed Square to see the Top Arts year 12 work from 2022.

A lovely day!
