Around the World in a Term

Dear Parents/carers,

In Term 1 all children from Year 1 to 6 will be learning about music and dance from around the world!

As we are unable to travel at the moment, I thought it would be great fun to visit some of the countries we might not get a chance to visit in real life, learn a little about the culture, the music and the dance. Of course it will be Impossible to go everywhere, but we will try to at least cover most continents.

If you have any musical instruments/CDs/cultural artefacts you can share for our display, please send them in if there are not too fragile or precious to you (I will look after it)!

I will post pictures and videos on Dojo of differnet levels each week, so please check in and see what your child has been learning in Performing Arts this term.
