Principal Review

During Term 2 a number of parents, students and staff were invited to provide feedback on the performance of Endeavour’s principal Ms Vogt as part of her cyclic review. The council would like to thank those members of the community who participated for their insightful reflections. The feedback from the various stakeholder groups was consistent and overwhelmingly positive. Council will use the feedback to work with Heather to shape her ongoing professional development, but it is clear that we have a diligent and capable leader in our school. We look forward to her continued leadership in developing Endeavour College into the future.

NCCD Data Collection

Attached is a letter noting that as happens periodically throughout the year, the College is required to send statistics and information to the state and federal governments.  The National Consistent Collection of Data is one such requirement.  Should you have any questions in relation to this, please contact me at the College via email sandra.barry@endeavour.sa.edu.au or phone 8368 3311.

Edumate Parent Portal

With the new semester upon us, it is timely to login to the Edumate Parent Portal. There are a range of functions you might find helpful: 

Check your personal information is up to date. Postal addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are all accessed from Edumate, so it is essential yours are current. We prefer for parents to update their details themselves and this can easily be done once logged in. 

Update your child’s medical information. Staff rely on this, particularly for excursions, so please make sure we have current details. If your child has an Asthma or Allergy plan, then please attach copies of these. 

You can access due dates for major assignments as well as the marks your child received for past tasks. This is extremely helpful as you engage in meaningful conversations with your child about their learning. Details on how to access this information were sent out last term.
