School Highlights

Annual Celebration Night

We couldn’t have had a more wonderful way to farewell our Centenary year of festivities than with our annual Celebration Night.

This was a momentous occasion to reflect and to acknowledge and celebrate our incredible students and community. We are grateful to all the kids, staff and volunteers for their amazing work, both in front and behind the scenes.

Year 6 Graduation

It was a bittersweet day for our Year 6 students as we prepared to farewell an amazing bunch of Junior School students.

We are immensely excited to see their educational journeys continuing into their senior years in 2024!

Prep and Year 6 Buddies Teddy Bears' Picnic

Tania Whitehead, Talent Development & Enrichment Coordinator

Over the past term, Prep classes have been planning the ultimate ‘Teddy Bears' Picnic’ to celebrate the end of the school year with their Year 6 Buddies.

This planning process has allowed students to build skills and interests related to a real-life experience that engaged all members of the learning community.

Prep students took on a range of planning and organisation tasks and considered all the logistics of launching the event, including: brainstorming, writing an invitation to their Year 6 Buddies, tallying the number of people attending, sorting seating arrangements, finalising the timing of the event, outlining the number of food items required to feed everyone, and planning the games to be enjoyed on the day.

The Teddy Bears’ Picnic was an enormous success, with all members of the Prep and Year 6 communities having a Ted-Tastic Time!

Year 6 Virtual Reality Autobiography

Celestine Yeung, Digital Technologies Teacher

Year 6 students wrapped up their final year of Junior School by building and programming a virtual reality autobiography in CoSpaces.

They walked down memory lane and revisited many memorable moments while reflecting on their achievements and challenges in Prep through to Year 6.

We'd like to invite you to experience their journey through a video recap here!
