Year 6 Graduation

On Monday 12th December, we welcomed our current Year Six children and their families to our Graduation Ceremony. As part of the formalities, we acknowledged many children who received awards, please see them below.

We would also like to acknowledge and celebrate all of our graduating students of 2022. As a school, we have seen many of these children begin and now finish their primary education at Miners Rest and for that we are truly grateful. It is such a privilege teaching young people, and then to see them move onto secondary school, is very rewarding, yet emotional. We are very proud of all our students and on Monday it was so great to spend time with them celebrating seven years of primary education. 

A sincere "thank you" to all of our amazing families and friends that joined us for a beautiful send off for our children, we appreciated your support Monday, but also over the past seven years. 

We are very lucky to say we have played a small part in your child's journey and we wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.
