Thank you JSA Staff

As we come to the end of Term 3, I would like to acknowledge and thank all JSA Teachers, Education Support Staff and Admin Staff who have worked extraordinarily hard this year and this term, in particular, to continue to support the learning and wellbeing needs of our students, whilst experiencing workforce pressures as a result of Covid-19 and staff shortages.

Despite the challenges, our staff have demonstrated resilience and adaptability by responding to the needs of our school whilst embodying our school values of  Respect, Inclusionand Empathy.  Thank you, staff!

Mental Health Support During the School Holidays

I wish all students and families/carers a very safe and happy Term 3 break. Use this time to rest and recover in preparation for another busy and exciting term ahead!

Mental health support, resources and advice are available for students and families to access over the school holidays. Two fact sheets for students and families have been developed in 19 different languages to:

  • support positive mental health and wellbeing of students
  • identify signs students may need mental health support
  • access available support

This fact sheet provides tips and resources for parents, carers and families of children and young people in their care over the school holidays. This includes services to reach out to if more support for them is needed.

Translated fact sheets for parents are attached in the following languages:

English:
