Follow the Dream -R U OK Day

Last Thursday was R U OK day and students celebrated the day with a special guest Michael Liddell, Alice Springs town Councillor, community leader and mental health advocate. Michael Liddle spoke to students about how to look after themselves, their friends, families and communities. 

To continue on Michael’s message special guest, Robin from Headspace (and former SPC student) spoke to students on Monday, September 12  about the services available through Headspace and some tips on how to support others in difficult times. 

A huge thank you to Michael and Robin for coming to share this important message.
